When I made that post about overdefensive replies to anything that is even remotely on the same planet as "judging them"?

Voila! Exhibit A!

I'm not actually half as irritated as I sounded in my reply. Not at that, anyway. I'm more irritated at comments I can't, for the sake of my sanity, go back and reply to. Still, to be clear - I really don't think that most Christians honestly believe that Jesus is the answer for literally every question under the sun. Not even the ones who spout inanities like "Jesus is the answer" at you all the time.

We'll have to agree to disagree on the level of criticality (is that a word? :P ) but I completely agree that children need to be taught the correct answers, if nothing else! I wish more parents and educators would teach children to reason rather than just spout back an answer.

Train of thought, but I attended a top 10 regional college and I remember most that they didn't tell us the answers - we had to figure them out. Then I moved and enrolled at a state university and the teachers there made us read the textbook and as long as we could reguritate the information we got an "A." Sick. Especially since most college students go to a public university.
