A group that promotes having children go barefoot.

I'm not the only person who gets to the park and immediately wants the child I'm with to take her shoes off, right?

Since I left that comment I've been looking more at the site, and it actually does make a lot of sense to me. In all honesty, I generally prefer being barefoot to wearing shoes. But I still don't have to like calluses! ;)

Toughened skin is a sign that your body is functioning normally for whatever work it's doing. If you work your body harder, it'll become tougher. That's a *good* thing. You might not like it, but it is good.
