This is so maudlin, I'm torn between horror and hysteria. On siblings - Living with Autism! Dunh dunh DAHHHH!

In other news, Karen McCarron has an injunction against her which is preventing her from being released on bail. They're worried she may flee the country, to her relatives in Germany and Argentina.

Is it just me, or does the bit about there being so many people with autism, "but the number who live with the condition is greater," sound like an oxymoron?

Apparently, "the condition" is an entity that can live apart from the people it tends to inhabit. It's bad at croquet, and has terrible table manners, and it always stays too long on your sofa, meaning that whole families have to live with it as a houseguest.
