It shouldn't be, certainly, but it's how it's portrayed in the media.

I've read it up, but I'd have to re-read up on it to give you a better opinion than 'I think it has its usage, but it has the big potential of being abused'.

It's more the way he phrased it. Most people say 'difficult to teach'. They don't use train. It makes it stand out.
