An attempt at a rhymed poem
Feb. 7th, 2006 09:57 pmFirst, we must take out the bread
And then, the peanut butter spread
No, you cannot have it now.
No! What have I just said?
I will make this sandwich now
And drink it with milk, from a cow
We can't be all out of it!
How can this be? Tell me how!
Now you can have a little bit
Just go into your chair and sit
I'm so sad, I hang my head....
The lack of milk cast down my spir-it.
Okay, this is a poetic form I'm never using again.

You have my sympathies. Running out of milk sucks.

And I love that Frost poem, as well, so I *had* to try it :)
