Two passages in English, one in a very Anglo-Saxon version, and another using only Greek-origin words. Taken from [livejournal.com profile] elfster.

To this, I add the Archaic English Project, may it bring us all joy.

Edit: It took me a long time to find the link and name, but the whole thing reminded me strongly of For a Change. At least, I *think* that's what it reminded me of.

If you thought "For a Change" was insane, try The Gostak (http://baf.wurb.com/if/game/1670). :-)

I love the peculiar English texts, especially how the first one sounds as if it was written by a German person with little knowledge of English who translated everything literally. "Waterstuff" - LOL! X-D
