Although I should point out that "anti-social behaviour" is about more than bad manners ;0) "{Anti-social behaviour] includes behaviour that falls short of criminality but unreasonably interferes with other people's rights to use and enjoy their home and community" although of course that is talking about the legal definition. But you would need to be well on your way to becoming a little hellion to become a knight I'm afraid.
