OK. I am so sorry to be SOOOO stupid, but where does one find out HOW to progress in this "story"? It feels a little bit too much like real life at the moment... :-)

Have you completed your tablet? If you have, have you found your statue room and read the prophecy to the statue? If you have, have you read the scroll in the library, the one with the same symbol on it as on your statue?

Once you've done all that, then you can enter the repository.
