Note to self:
Aug. 30th, 2005 07:21 pmTomorrow, I have to go talk to the Staten Island Children's museum and politely but firmly tell them to put a damn sticker on my card, because even if *they* think they're not doing the sticker thing anymore, nobody else thinks that, and museums are frakkin' expensive.
Fortunately, I'm headed that way anyway. 'tis Odin's Day, after all :)
Must also play with Ana.
And stop Jenn from killing me.
And, um... rob a bank? I don't know. I need to MAKE MONEY FA$T!!!, though, that's for sure.
The Manhattan Children's Museum is nice, but too popular (read: overcrowded and noisy) and it takes a while to get there. Also, I do profoundly dislike the polish a lot of children's museums seem to have. Everything is slick and finished, but it's hard to pay attention to any one thing, and most of the stuff there is stuff that you'll never use the way it's designed to be used *anyway*.
However, their outdoor water area is to die for. Much love.
