And I very much hope that he gets petard-hoisted too. I'll send him a letter if het does, and it will say "Hahahahaha" for, like, 8 lines. And nothing else. *is mean*

I normally admire Souter, but this... grr.

*nods* I really didn't know much about Souter before this case, but I've been looking into the other cases, and I don't normally disagree with his decisions. Still, this case really burned me. I hope that all of the majority opinion judges have claims filed on their property by development companies. Vindictive, but I'm really annoyed and angered by their ruling.

I've been a fan of Souter ever since I found out that even when he votes with the majority, he'll often write his own concurring opinion.
