How sad it is that I'm reading the second article and believing it? I realized about midway you had said it was a parody, but in the back of my mind I was thinking, "This could happen."

Oh well, it's easier to feel foolish with more than one person, then pretty soon, as we add more people, we feel less foolish and more angered and suddenly we're a self-righteous mob (at least I think that's how it happens)
