Oooooooh!

We've had a head of garlic around so long, it was sprouting. I hate eating onions and garlic when they start doing that, it's like eating cute veggie-babies, so I took apart the head of garlic and stuck the sprouted cloves in a bowl with some water.

Not a day later, and you can see rootlings. So I tried it with some nearlysprouted cloves, and a few hours later - baby rootlings! SOOOOOOO COOOOOOOL! I could, like, watch the garlic grow!

How long until I can plant them, do you think? Garlic likes roses, right? So planting it near the rosebush from hell would be a good choice, right?

Lindsey gets mad at me for planting anything that sprouts... but mostly because we only have one pot and she's trying to use it for other things...
