Yeah, that's what happens when you pay the Army CoE several million a year to keep pouring concrete into the sides of the Mississippi and digging holes in the Atchafalya Basin to sink the brackish backlash. When something the size and age of the Mississippi tells you that it's going to flow where it damned well pleases Or Else, it's your own fault if you opt for the Or Else.
