You all know what I think of it. And now they're upset because the contents were exactly what they should have expected. Spam and emails they'd sent him. Apparently, they had this idea that he would have saved all his sent emails or something (and why they didn't save his emails themselves, if it was so important to them, I don't know)

That's unfair. They spent several months trying to defend their privacy policy. This is in response to a court order. What choice did they have?

Guh, okay, then I'm just going to clearly state in some sort of legal document that in the event of my death any of my emails or journals I may have can rot in oblivion for all I care. They're mine and nobody else can touch!
