Ooh, I get to vote on one of my favorite dead flavors. Uh-oh, I have too many. They must hate me, too many of my favorites are dead. Drat. And none are in their top 10? Grr.

(If you're curious, they're Peanut Butter and Jelly, Southern Pecan Pie, Cool Britannia, Nutty Waffle Cone, Cinnamon, and Apple Crumble. Feel free to artificially bump the stats for my favorites, because it's not like I shouldn't be eating ice cream or anything....)

Oklahoma City's date was chosen in remembrance of Waco. I suspect that Columbine was chosen in remembrance of Oklahoma City.

Ben & Jerry's has a free ice cream day once a year, every April. I just got back from the Union Station branch, where I had three scoops and was thinking about a fourth, except that my tummy was starting to get upset. I doubt that the Oklahoma City anniversary had any more impact on their decision than it did on the church's decision to elect a new pope.
