I hate them both. But right now I'm more irritated with Courier because all my French assignments are written in it, and it's hard to read! Fortunately, I get them as Word documents and I can change it to Times New Roman before I print it out. I <3 Times New Roman.

And another font I've always hated is Chicago - you know, the one used on every menu on old Apple computers, and on iPods? So ugly.
