Today, on the train, there was a sign about bipolar disorder. They had the usual list of symptoms, including my favorite one "I have ups and downs" (which means... what, exactly?) and then ended by saying...
If you or somebody you love answered yes to any of these symptoms, you could have bipolar disorder.

Not to say I think BPD is made-up, just that this is a really stupid way to self-diagnose, looking at subway signs.
