Ana is feeling better.
Mar. 5th, 2005 09:42 pmYesterday, she was sick. It was so depressing being around her. She just sat there, and could barely summon up the energy to whisper "no" when you asked her what she wanted to do. Even very fun things...
"Do you want to ride on your horsie, Ana?"
"..."
"Ana?"
"...no..."
Today she was happy and friendly and all. And I got her a book. I love Sandra Boynton, so I got her the "Green Hat" book. Very simple story. Various animals are getting dressed, but the turkey always gets it wrong. Finally, the turkey is fully dressed (with purple socks!) just in time to dive into a swimming pool. Even a very young toddler can get the joke.
And that is my life, from now on. Babysitting twice a week. Because Jenn got a job. Yay.
