I agree with them, the situation sucks. However...

Nothing is perfect. LiveJournal could be running absolutely smoothly, with no problems, and if you're posting something very important and irreplaceable you're running the risk of the entire internet crashing, just to prevent you from posting that entry.

Please. Type up your entries in word first. Then, when the world ends, you'll still have them.

Ditto! Not only do I get to stop worrying about losing entries, but it makes it oh so easier to do all of the tags, cuts, and image posting thingies!
