Yesterday, I did what I've been wanting to do for a while.

I sat my mom down and made her explain how everyone in the family (her mom's family) is related. She drew a chart and everything.

Makes me feel a bit lonely, though. They're all connected to each other, and we're the only ones cut off from this since we're out of the country. I wanna go visit soon. I mean, I actually want to go visit. We used to when we were little, but we haven't since before my dad died.

I'm sorry that this is horribly off topic, and it's kind of a bad post to post this in, but I have a question and didn't know how else to contact you. I have to do a report thing about the effects of the internet and I'm doing chatspeak and all things sort of related, and I'm at a loss for research. I'm not asking you to do it for me, but just some terms to search that would give me some good article to work from. Or if you have some sites/articles on hand. Don't go out of your way, I'm sure I can find something eventually. Thanks much in advance.
