Given that the phrase I gave is one of the few Latin phrases I know (thank you Star Trek) it's horrible for me because I don't understaaaaand ;0)

Although on the note of the law falling silent - I see your new definition or torture no longer allows the president to relax the rules during war or something along those lines.
