Yes, but not all that easily or comfortably. Most web sites aren't very well-suited to people with vision issues, I handle a lot of LJ through having a carefully customized style. I also just don't read in large chunks. Reading small bits of stuff is easier than large blocks of text. It's generally hard to bring myself to read a long story online.
I skip a lot of stuff I'd otherwise read just because it's so much work. And text-to-speech programs do not read all that sensibly, so it can be rather weird to listen to stuff through them.
