That's a horrible story. I can't understand how people can do this to children, and actually keep wanting to do this work? If you are going to destroy these children's innocence like this, what makes you really want to keep working at it? Just goes to show how sad some people really are.

That's WHY they're doing it - a nice supply of helpless victims who can't fight back and can't protest - or if they do try to protest, who'll believe them? The disabled, developmentally-delayed, neurologically-atypical and "mentally ill" have NO credibility in this country.
