Pumpkin, even though it's my least favourite theme of the four, because it looks best with only the onsie and none of the extras. :-)

Yeah, I get that. E's actually looking at even more costumes, but I only wanted to post the one link.

There are two other considerations:
1. the pumpkin is least re-usable for fancy dress or day wear afterwards, with maybe the bee as the most flexible;
2. the dino-dragon is probably the one that would least offend a future teenage offspring. Just sayin'.

The bee is less-common than the pumpkin but they're both cute. That said, if they babywear, there can be a lot of fun doing Rapunzel-and-the-tower. (With the adult as the tower, and a wig for the baby.)
