Very cute video, but I had to turn on subtitles. I probably would have fared better if I'd had my hearing aids in.

I've been wanting to make my oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for some time, with some tweaks. I read about Milk Street's modified cookies, they've taken to running their oatmeal through a food processor and toasting it, and browning the butter. Sounds kind of interesting. A bit more work, but it should elevate the flavor.
