Yes, some National Assembly representatives actually presented the motion a couple of days ago and it was voted today. But you probably didn't hear of it in the middle of all the stuff happening in the last few days, including the flash martial law in South Korea.

I worked in Dental insurance for a while - SO many healthcare policies only covered the first 30 minutes of anesthesia and the rest the patient paid. Plus they only covered this for impacted wisdom teeth. Healthcare otherwise would not cover a penny of anything. I always thought this was strange.
