Funny, I just impulsively rewatched that (for the first time in several years) too.

Is she singing something between those lines? I don't hear it.

Yeah, she definitely is. She moves her mouth, and then covers her face while swiping her hair back. But in that brief second she’s already started a line before we get to “must be in shock”

That's what I get from just concentrating on the sound.

OK, it sounds like "Must have ..." perhaps an abortive beginning to the next line, "Must be in shock."

Yes, but it doesn't work if the line isn't captioned, or if it's not captioned properly. Which happens a *lot*.
