I think the previous person is either an absolutely expert troll or totally clueless (and not highly literate) and this one is… well, if they’re trolling they could stand to be more interesting!

They could be individual trolls, but I don't think they're the same person (or bot). People don't usually work hard enough to disguise their writing styles, or at all.
