When I had my condo in Phoenix, my bathroom window was in a common area with three other bathroom windows. And a couple in one other condo, said condo being owned by a church and them living in it as some sort of charity project by said church, they were alcoholics and far too often getting drunk and screaming at each other in the middle of the night.

No idea how many times I called the cops on them. And I was working for the police department at the time!

They could hike up to Silver Lake and, if they still feel like screaming after that walk, well, get far enough into the park and there's hardly anybody around to complain!
