Sounds like "business as usual" for the U.S. foreign policy star-chambers. What surprises me about such things is that they actually get reported at all in this country. Even when the "G-Men" of today fail to cover their misbegotten tracks, the mainstream U.S. media is loathe to speak the truth.
This much I can tell you: when Bush uses the word "democracy", I am reminded instantly and without fail of the old maxim, "the Devil can quote scripture for his purpose."
But, when I reflect that courses in "critical thinking" are standard fare in higher education, I continue to be astounded by the pervasive scarcity of evidence that such training has occurred...
Good, I hope they do a good job. I know her bosom can't be good for her back, but I've seen overreductions that leave the woman's hips way too disproportionate to the breasts.
