And it was an episode I don't like much so we decided to skip past it. And this is - wow, you're going to laugh.

Paramount Plus no longer organizes its episodes by season. No, no, no, that'd make too much sense. Instead, I go to the show page and first I have to scroll past the first episode of each of seven seasons, then the second episode of each of seven seasons, then the third episode of each of seven seasons... all the way to the seventeenth episode of season one, which turned out to be a rare episode in which Neelix is allowed to have feelings other than irritating chipperosity. (Or maybe that was the fifteenth episode of the season and the seventeenth is an episode with a random Cardassian missile that is, let me say, much smarter than any weapon ought to be.)

How did they manage to break this!? It absolutely boggles the mind.

Afterwards I watched Backyardigans. Not on Paramount Plus, god forbid, but on youtube. I only meant to watch a few minutes while I brewed some tea, because Eva didn't want to watch anything with me and that curtailed my possibilities pretty strongly, but then we watched the entire episode because, as she observed, all the songs really are bangers.

What are you using to access Paramount Plus? A friend of mine was saying that the apps seem to work differently, based on where you use them? Her Roku stick's Peacock app is MUCH better than the "same" Peacock app on her LG tv

I use a Roku stick - I just checked, and Voyager lets me pick the Seasons along the top, and then flip through the episodes in order.

That's awful - I hope they fix it!

That is a truly insane interface, and I've seen some insane ones in my decades in IT! Clearly no one tested that.

That is impressive borking of a UI - hopefully just a blip, because that makes no sense at all

That's impressive on how much it manages to get wrong about how people watch television and what order they prefer to do it in.
