I don't know if they didn't hire a proofreader or if their proofreader wasn't very good but somebody needs to tell whoever wrote those that at least half those commas are unnecessary and their writing would be improved without them. I know I overuse commas sometimes (often), but there are limits. Somebody else needs to tell them that either you use "they" for an unspecified third person or you don't, but you've gotta choose one and you can't switch mid-sentence!
