Yeah my cats are technically illegal but essentially tolerated if you get on with your neighbours. The corgi is a forbidden breed so I’ve had to apply for an exemption pending her earning an obedience course cert this month. The rules are a bit silly because big dogs are less yappy.

That missing person case was fascinating, but I wish the law and just practice in general would also be amended to better reflect and respect people's gender identity. This article even says at one point that the police and an earlier article ignored the person's gender identity, rightly recognizing that that's noteworthy, but then proceeded to misgender them through the end of the article, though it seemed to be well intentioned and mostly came off confused. They should've consulted someone.
