Apr. 1st, 2023 09:15 pmmostly because I hate the grease getting on my glasses, but also because I find the cooking time for bacon to be weirdly finicky? IDK.
But when I do cook it, and it all goes right, I suddenly remember how much I freaking love bacon.

Date: 2023-03-31 02:26 am (UTC)I used to love bacon. Presumably still do, but don't eat it any more. When I did eat it, though, I figured that if I was going to make all that mess, I was going to cook the whole packet, which also saved me the trouble of storing the open unused portion safely.
The only problem with this was that I lived alone. But mmmm, bacon!
