Gonna make fondue tonight

Chocolate fondue, not cheese.

My mother got me a fondue pot for Christmas, this was both of our ideas, but I think she thought I mostly wanted to make cheese fondues so she keeps suggesting that and I keep thinking "BUT CHOCOLATE!"

I'll have to make a cheese fondue soon anyway, it's only fair. Does anybody have any recipes?

Which, btw, whenever I have to make a roux for some reason, I always make extra. Then I divide out the roux I'm using in my recipe and add some sugar and a bit of salt to what's left and eat it hot out of the skillet. Nomnomnom.
