Also dealt with my email.
Feb. 16th, 2022 02:35 amWhen I was having my little, uh, break, that meant I wasn't mostly checking my usual email because nearly everything that comes in there - stuff that I both want and actually intend to read, unlike store receipts and spam and reminders of sales from stores I do shop at but am not going to shop at today - is news aggregations. And the ultimate destiny of all those links is to end up here, and long story short, after two weeks I was edging on a thousand emails to clear out. Which I did, in the space of one long marathon of ruthless deletions. But I also skimmed a lot of them to catch up on the news and in case there were links I wanted to read in full.
I should feel more accomplished and less silly.

Date: 2022-02-19 01:47 pm (UTC)Hey, there’s *nothing* wrong with feeling silly, particularly while dealing with the ultra-silly accumulation of spam!!
But, good for you for cutting down the flow of that sh!t!!
