It's only with the 3rd (2007), 11 years after the initial coinage, that the intended meaning obviously settles on the dictionary's. That, to me, has all the hallmarks of a made-up meaningless word that was later imbued with meaning through consensus settling on one of the possible interpretations, and I find that utterly fascinating.
