Also, either it's supernaturally light or it imbues the wielder with super strength. Or possibly both, given the way she keeps waving it around one-handed like it's a ribbon wand.

Edit: Additionally, I notice that whenever She-Ra's around, all the airflow seems to be redirected into billowing out her hair and cape, even if nobody else's hair or cape is flowing in the wind. Does she have her own personal fan, carried around by her army of fans to make sure she looks and feels cool at all times?

Edit again: I know that it's animation and you don't want to futz around with the character design too much - or, alternatively, that the world has been at war for 1+ generation and resources are probably at a premium by now - but it's season 2. Why is Adora still walking around in her evil horde uniform? Can somebody get that girl a new outfit? Preferably with a cape. Capes are stylish. They say "I am important and powerful, and I wear a cape. It billows in the wind."

This is such a dangerous TV show because it will give kids unrealistic expectations that when they magically transform, their hair will billow like a shampoo commercial.

Back in the 1950s Superman used to fly or stand in the breeze that billowed his cape (and apparently cleaned his whole outfit even after blasting his way through miles of dirt) but somehow his hair remained perfectly plastered in place on the top of his head. She-ra must have the billowy hair option.
