Thanks! They canceled the third day of my art last night, so I packed out this morning. 114° is way too hot to be outdoors.

Thank you! I don't have AC so I'm living in my bathtub and getting my kitties wet when I can. Tomorrow is going to be 111.

My AC plus fan is keeping spots tolerable. Today was supposed to hit 113, but now it looks like it'll only hit 108.

Tomorrow is still predicted to hit 113 though.

Closest I've come to cooking was heating some foccacia in the microwave just to get the cheese gooey.

PS, it's not just the PNW. There's a heat dome over most of the non-coastal Western US.

The F temps mentioned in previous comments are higher than what the recent heatwave in France felt like to me, so I'd like to add "and hydrated". Just cool is probably not enough.

There's a lot of trying to do just that, with varying degrees of success. Definitely using the window AC to try and make some parts bearable.
