The idea of a data breach or hacking incident is a fear I have surrounding online therapy or telemedicine in general. I know it's more convenient, but I just have Dwight Schrute in my head talking about the digitization of medical records...

Oh, god, it's awful. And every time I go to the doctor and they insist they *need* to use my SSN as an ID number I say "NO. YOU DO NOT NEED THAT. MAKE UP A NEW SYSTEM."

For some batshit reason, they use your SSN if you're using medicare and/or medicaid.

admittedly I haven't been to a movie theater in over a year but the last time I was at one a lot of them still had those carpets.

Neither did my super in my apartment complex. It was freezing this morning. I had a long sleeved heavy shirt, sweater, sweat pants, fluffy socks and until the heat came on - was considering a blanket. I did hot tea instead of the blanket.
