Usually I can barely breathe all winter. We say "I'm not Walloon, I'm feeling a little... Flemish", a joke which isn't even funny when you're Belgian, and my only consolation is that my mother's pulmonologist, who is Dutch, swears he makes that same joke. (I mean, you can't not make it.)
Also, weirdly, way less depressed than most winters. I always thought it was the light, and to be fair, the lightbox helps... but not that much, so maybe it's mostly because I can't breathe? IDK.
