She's an intrepid doggie, going as far as her leash allows! Finn ambles along behind.
When I walk the dogs on a snowy day, Moonpie drags her feet on the grounds that she's closer to home and I might turn around faster. That's what happened yesterday, and I was careful to run them out before it really started coming down!
So it was pretty amazing that today I just walked them, and Moonpie charged on ahead as usual, hesitating only a little when she came to some patches of snow. (Two of my neighbors down the street are apparently in dispute over where the property line is. They left a good 18-inch-wide patch right there on the sidewalk, and now it's been all walked over so you know it's no good trying to shovel it up. Stubborn jerks! It would've been less than 30 seconds more for either of them to just grab what's, at most, two shovelfuls of snow and dump it!)
