Date: 2020-07-31 06:41 pm (UTC)Edit: Or to be clear, I think there is a minimum of 2 medical explanations, one of which can be resolved with birth control (I get completely wiped out the first few days of my period and just before, resulting in a lot of sleep, waaaaay more than usual) and one of which can't (I can maintain a regular wake-up time, with effort, but I can't maintain a normal bedtime because the time at which I feel sleepy is later every day - "don't go to bed if you won't fall asleep within 20 minutes" is what gets me into this mess in the first place.)

Date: 2020-08-01 08:05 am (UTC)Oh (edit) forgot to mention it's the same for me as far as being especially tired in the days before and during that time go. Exactly the same. I think hormones can play in as well, or at the least worsen whatever sleep irregularity might already be in play that might otherwise be more easily tamed.
Feeling it...*hugs*
