Wow, a lawsuit I support! That's a rare find.

Although if, as the one army guy says, recruits know of the possibility of a "stop-loss," then they don't have much of a leg to stand on, and I'll change my opinion of the whole thing.

His claim is that it doesn't count. Congress hasn't declared war, we're not in a state of emergency, he should be allowed home.
