Since the referent of "they" is unclear and that of "us" seems to be "the US", I can confidently assert that yes, they do hate us for our freedom. They're from places where having the freedom to swing your arm through someone's face is generally considered a bad thing on account of how many broken noses that freedom results in!

Meanwhile in Regina, Saskatchewan...fewer threats that I know of, but a lot more argument about the wording and the methods. This being about Pride, rather than washrooms, but I expect discussions about those are going on in the background.
They certainly do. Because they don't believe anyone but them should be allowed to have freedoms, and that anyone who wants freedoms should have to become them.

I hope the cops go after those terrorists - because by definition, that's what they are.
