Even if we can't, Pence has no campaign strategy. He's not registered to run. I don't know what the deadline is for registration, but even if he's not past it, he'd have plenty of opposition.
And he doesn't have P45's connections and cronies; the entire web of corruption would start to fall apart.
(And then we can arrest Pence for whichever of the various crimes he was connected to.)
