I got a mail piece back maybe it was 2017? and it was such a specious bit of 'this is going to make actual surveying going forward HARD'.

You know, I get a metric fuckton of survey invitations from assorted Dem/liberal/left groups, and they are certainly skewed. But it's interesting to see how the mechanism of skew is different--- the assorted liberal groups are more inclined to ask if the respondent approves or disapproves of certain actions or of certain individuals, even though it's obvious what the desired response is. The poll you linked, though, doesn't even remotely allow that the undesired choice might have some validity, and it paints the undesired choice as intrinsically bad.

I love that we went from "How good is Trump doing? Excellent/Good/Other" to "Who is the best? Trump/(fill in the blank negative adjective)Democrats" The lack of sanity amuses the hell out of me.
