That's how I've done it for years. I wonder where I found the idea, because I know I didn't get it from my mom.

OK, that's the kind of "recipe" I can get behind.

I cut up onions for my soup last weekend the "right" way (that is, what I learned in knife skills class) and felt pretty awesome, and now I want a pineapple.
