If you live in NYC and would like quite a lot of compost, you ought to register. (If you a. live in NYC b. have a car and c. would rather charitably like to pick up compost for me, please let me know. I urgently want to recondition my soil this year, which means I need more compost than is at all reasonable, and the more compost I have the less manure I have to buy.)
