First I accidentally sloshed boiling water on them, then I stubbed my toe going up the stairs. How do I even do that? I only go up them a hundred times a day!

Also, also, also apparently vagina-mansplainer-dude followed up his long and pointless twitter stylings with a 20 page google doc. A thing of beauty is a joy forever. (You may be surprised to read this, but down in the middle of that screed he proves himself to also be ablist and racist, or at least ablist/racist adjacent.)

I almost always wear Birk sandals around the house to prevent toe stubbage as we have too much crap lying about, it also provides some protection from dog stompage. Hope you feet are feeling better soon!

At any rate, while his "Actually..." would've been unwelcome if he'd been correcting "vagina" to "vulva", it would at least have been technically accurate. Instead, he's just a double jerk.

My wife had a college roomie who was a complete hermaphrodite: two intact and functioning sets of reproductive organs.  Monumentally screwed up hormones, needless to say.  Fortunately was able to get surgery post-college.  Russet said it was really weird when her parents came to visit as she was used to calling her roomie by female pronouns and was hearing her parents referring to her with male pronouns.  She later became a star quarterback on a lesbian football team. :-)
